On March 10th, the Consulate held a working meeting with the Argentine-American Midwest Chamber of Commerce.
The meeting took place at the Consulate and was attended by Consul General, Atilio Berardi Hueda, Deputy Consul in charge of economic affairs Marcelo Boffi and, on behalf of the Chamber, Jaime Rojkind, Sergio Urquiza, Norberto Zas and Hernán Silva .
The Chamber is a non-for profit private organization representative of the Argentine-American business community in the Midwest United States. Its purpose is to promote the economic, civic, commercial and industrial progress of the Argentine-American community in the United States . It also seeks to promote and encourage commercial relationship between argentine and North American businessmen/entrepreneurs.

The meeting allowed to making the respective introductions, taking into account the recent inauguration of the Consulate’s new authorities.
During the encounter, several areas of cooperation were identified highlighting the valuable synergy between the two institutions.
Both the Consulate and the Chamber pledged to work closely with the objective of strengthening the bilateral relationship, emphasizing the promotion of Argentine exports and the attraction of investments to our country.
