On August 17,  Consul General Atilio Berardi Hueda and Cultural Attaché Arq. Jorge Manghi, held a meeting with Mr Pepe Vargas, Founder and Executive Director of the International Latino Cultural Center of Chicago, with the aim of organizing upcoming common activities such as the Chicago Latino Film Festival, Film in the Park, Latin Music Festival and the presentation of the Argentine film "Passage of life" on September 27.
