The Argentine Consulate in Chicago was pleased to welcome members of the Federal Council of International Studies (COFEI) in the framework of an institutional visit to the United States. The delegation visited the city of Chicago between March 19th and 21st and was composed by eleven professors who represented the National University of Córdoba, the Catholic University of Salta, the Santo Tomás de Aquino University of Tucumán, and the Catholic University of Santiago of the Estero. During their stay in Chicago, meetings were held with the Center for Latin American Studies of the University of Chicago and the University of Loyola. On the 20th the delegation and representatives from the Consulate of Argentina visited the University of Notre Dame, located in the State of Indiana. In the framework of this visit, meetings were held with the main authorities of this prestigious house of studies and a seminar about international cooperation, human rights and international security was discussed.
