On February 5th, a meeting of Consuls from Latin America was held with scientists who work at Fermilab in Research and Experimentation on physical particles that have applications in medicine, computers and industry. Nine Argentine physicists work at Fermilab laboratories and participate in innovative experiments with physical particle technology that help transform the way we live. The Argentines Marcela Carena and the physicist Javier Tiffenberg did show the diplomats the particle accelerator built and tested in Fermilab and mentioned the collaboration with the Pierre Auger observatory in Mendoza, Argentina.
