On May 25th, the Consulate General of Argentina in Chicago celebrated the Commemoration of the May Revolution at the Argentine restaurant "Bodega Sur". The event brought together more than one hundred people among members of the Consular Corps, federal, state and city authorities of Chicago, businessmen, local artists and members of the Argentine community living in the Midwest of the United States. The Consul General offered acknowledgments to the work of Dr. Mario Zaritzky, President of the Argentine-Midwest Scientific Network, Mr. Jaime Rojkind, President of the Argentine-Midwest Chamber of Commerce, to Jimena Sayavedra, President of the Argentina-Chicago Foundation and Astor Whitesman, the youngest Argentine citizen registered in th eMidwest. The guests enjoyed Tango and Guitar shows.
